This past week has been crazy at my house. My 17-old-nephew moved in with us and our basement flooded-again. And I had a birthday.
A few days before my birthday, my nephew asked me how old I was going to be. When I answered that I was turning 37, he said “Oh my gosh!” in a tone that clearly said he thought that was old. When I gave him a look, he said, “I mean, you just look so good for your age.” Nice save, buddy. Clearly he knows where his dinner comes from.
But I am not here to discuss my age, ahem, but to give you some awesome vintage banners and some blank invitations that you can use for so many things! The 4×6 invitations come in two varieties, one with the vintage key and one without. While I made these to go with our Alice in Wonderland printables, they are so versatile.
My banner said “Joy in the Madness,” to go with our Alice in Wonderland/Mad Hatter party. I used a small rectangular hole punch to punch holes on either side of the banner, then strung them with twine. You can also fold them along the black line and glue them onto twine, yarn, or string.
The banners are coming to you blank, so you can customize them for whatever you need. You can download the banner or invitations into any digital editing software to add images or letters, or you can print them out as is and add stickers, cut-out letters, or just draw on them. They would also be darling re-sized and placed on the front of cards or for digital scrapbooking layouts.
